Pre Wod/Skill Work
4 Rounds Not For Time Of:
Row 250 Meters
10 Back Extensions



WOD: Teams Of 2 Complete As Many Rounds As Possible In 20 Minutes Of,
3 Pull Ups
6 Knees 2 Elbows
12 Goblet Squats 1.5# Pood (1# Pood)
18 Flutter Kicks (36 Total)
 (Only one athlete works at a time to complete a round. The other athlete must hold a 45# (35#) bar overhead. If the bar touches the ground at anytime, both team members must do 5 burpees each time the bar touches the ground. Burpees are to be done at the end of the Wod. If you set the bar down 3 times you would owe 15 burpees at the end of the Wod.
