Pre WOD/Skill Work
3 Rounds:Teams of three. (NOT FOR TIME, BUT STAY BUSY.)
The rabbit is doing 30 GHD sit ups, the other 2 team members are working on, stone shoulder squat (You choose the weight.) and rope climb. Each are working on different modality's. (3 Modality's.) When the first team member is done with their GHD sit ups everyone will rotate until all 3 rounds have been completed.



WOD: 3 Rounds For Time Of,
20 Box Jumps
15 Kettle Bell Swings 2 or1.5 pood (1.5 or 1 pood)
10 Goblet Squats 2 or 1.5 pood (1.5 or 1 pood)
5 Muscle Ups (Please do 15 pull ups and 15 dips per round for the modification.)
