Saturday Team WOD

Pre WOD/Skill Work
1 Minute Max Reps Of Body Weight Stone over a 52" Bar


WOD: 2 Teams Of 5
 3 Rounds For Time And Reps Of
400 Meter Run
200 Meter Sled Pull 45# (25#)
Row For Max Calories While Others Run / Sled Pull
Power Snatch For Max Reps 95# (65#) While Others Run / Sled Pull
Sledge Hammer Hits on Tire For Max Reps While Others Run / Sled Pull

One Athlete will run 400 meters, one athlete will sled pull 200 meters, one athlete will row for calories, one athlete will power snacth and one athlete will sledge hammer to tire. Every one keeps working until both the runner and sled puller are back. If one of the rabbits returns first they must start doing dead hang pull ups for max reps. Once both have returned everyone will switch modality's. Once everyone has completed each modality three times the WOD is over.
