Pre WOD/Skill Work
1 rope climb and 3 broad jumps x 3


WOD: Partners of two will complete for time and reps.
Run 400 Meters
Kettle Bell Swing 1.5 (1pood)
Box Jumps 24" (20")
Wall Ball Shots 20# (15#)
Burpees

(Each partner per team will run 400 meters while the other partner completes max reps at each modality of exercises until all wok has been completed by each team mate per team.)
