  4. You would have to eat 3 1/2 pounds of spinach (12 oz protein per pound) to get the same amount of protein in a 6 oz steak (42 grams). I have nothing against veggies for their vitamins and nutrients but the logic in this chart is seriously flawed!

  5. Flawed depending on ho much potein one needs. Added to overall protein intake in a day it can be pleanty. And spiniach is not the only one on the list! How about some more conversions? We appreciate all the info.
